Kindred Canine is not a licensed veterinarian, and nothing provided through our services constitutes veterinary, medical, or diagnostic advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns regarding your dog. Our Pet First Aid certification (Walks 'N' Wags) qualifies us to provide basic emergency first aid only, not ongoing medical treatment.
2. Behavioural Modification — No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our behaviour modification services are grounded in current applied animal behaviour science and Fear Free principles. However, every dog is an individual, and behavioural change depends on factors including genetics, history, environment, and guardian follow-through between sessions. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or the complete resolution of any behavioural concern.
3. Severe Aggression Cases Are Not Accepted
Kindred Canine does not work with dogs displaying a known history of severe aggression toward people or other animals. If, during the course of service, a dog displays previously undisclosed aggressive behaviour, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue service.
4. Assumption of Risk
Dog walking, training, and behaviour modification carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from animals, falls, traffic, weather, or encounters with wildlife or other animals. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
5. Results May Vary
Any testimonials, before/after descriptions, or case studies shared on our website or marketing materials reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee that similar results will be achieved in every case.
6. Bilingual Service Disclaimer
While services are offered in English, Putonghua (普通话), or Cantonese (廣東話), the language of service for each booking should be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Kindred Canine is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from a mismatch between requested and delivered service language not clarified at booking.

These credentials reflect specialized education and training in animal behaviour and welfare, but do not constitute a veterinary, psychological, or other regulated professional licence.
